DescriptionCulms from creeping rhizome, retrosely scabrous, tall; sheaths slightly retrorsely scabrous; ligules 3-5 mm long; leaves 24 mm wide; panicle loose, open, nodding or drooping; lower branches 3—4 together; spikelets 3—4-flowered; lemmas sparsely pubescent on nerves below, with tuft of cobweb hairs at base.
EcologyKnown only from Cape Fox Springs, in region of interest. Described from Oregon.
