DescriptionStoloniferous, with thick roots, glabrous; scape naked, with few, rarely up to 10 flowers in a lax raceme; single orbicular to elliptical subbasal leaf; floral bracts shorter than capsule; sepals and upper petals pale rose-colored; lip white, with few purple spots, 3-lobed, with larger, dilated terminal lobe, more or less 2-cleft in apex; spur slender, much shorter than lip; capsule elliptical.
EcologyMoist woods, in McKinley Park to at Jeast 600 meters. Described from Hudson Bay.
