DescriptionGrayish-green, finely pubescent, tufted; stem branched from base, with axillary fascicles or leafy tufts; leaves narrowly ovate or linear to linear-subulate, the lower leaves marcescent; bracts broadly scarious-margined; petals two or three times as long as sepals; capsule cylindric, usually longer than calyx.
EcologyDry slopes. Described from southern Sweden, southern Europe.
