DescriptionTall, glabrous or hirsute, suberect; basal leaves with 3-7 alternate or opposite leaflets, again lobed, ultimate lobes acute or obtuse, appressed-pubescent to gla- brous; petioles sparsely appressed-hispidulous; sepals 5, reflexed, glabrous or pilose; petals longer than sepals, yellow; achenes glabrous, with straight, slender beak about 3 mm long; receptacle cylindroid, hispidulous.
EcologyMeadows, forests. R. orthorhynchus described from northwest North America.
