DescriptionDensely caespitose; leaves oblong-lanceolate, with simple or forked hairs, some- what ciliate with simple hairs; flowering stems leafless, pubescent with soft, simple or forked hairs; petals yellow; silicles large, 7-12 mm long, with short style, densely pubescent with simple hairs.
EcologyRocky slopes, to about 2,800 meters in the St. Elias Mountains.
