DescriptionCanescent, with very dense, stellate hairs; stem suffrutescent, tufted, from long taproot, leaves spatulate-obovate, somewhat acute; sepals ovate-lanceolate, scarious- margined at tip; petals pale yellow to yellow, with long claw; both long and short stamens with long, thin scale at base; silicles obovate to orbicular, 2-seeded, stellate- pubescent, with long, slender style.
