DescriptionSimilar to var. asarifolia, but leaves obovate, obovate-oblong or orbicular, but not cordate.
EcologyWoods, meadows, in the Yukon to at least 1,200 meters. Described from the Altai Mountains.

Specimens from the interior have smaller leaves. Complete transition occurs be- tween cordate-leaved and not-cordate-leaved plants.
