DescriptionGlabrous; stem strict, erect, unbranched or with basal branches 10-20 cm tall; rosette leaves oblong-ovate, persistent in flowering time; stem leaves 1-2 pairs, linear-lanceolate, acute; flowers tetramerous; calyx lobes uneven, the shorter broader than the longer; corolla blue, up to 40 mm long, the lobes dentate in apex and sometimes fringed on sides; capsule stipitate.
