DescriptionStem simple or branched, strigose and spreading-hirsute; leaves linear to nar- rowly oblong, subappressed-hirsute; calyx lobes lance-linear with spreading tips, bristly-hispid on midrib, appressed-hirsute in margins; corolla inconspicuous, up to 1 mm broad; nutlets broad, ovate, acute, smooth and shining; style surpassed by nutlets.
EcologyAn introduced weed. Described from California, Nevada, and Idaho.
