DescriptionHairy; stem erect from creeping rhizome; leaves ovate, cordate at base, acumi- nate, coarsely (often doubly) serrate to crenate-serrate; calyx teeth longer than tube; corolla about 2 cm long, white, the tube with oblique ring of hairs near base; upper lip long-ciliate, the lower with 2-3 small teeth.
EcologyOccasionally introduced. Described from Europe.
