Description | Stems forming cushion-mats, branches discrete, lower leaves longer than upper or sometimes equal to upper on assurgent branch tips, leaves ligulate to ligulate-lanceolate, ciliate or eciliate with more or less lutescent setae at the tip. | ||
Taxonomy notes | No Alaskan specimens seen. Included on the authority of Tryon, who regards a specimen from north of Tlehini as belonging to this taxon. Very closely related to S. sibirica. |
