Description | Culms glabrous, from long creeping rhizome; leaves about 2 mm wide, somewhat scabrous above, glabrous beneath; ligules 1-2 mm long; panicle open, with scattered spikes, naked below; glumes scabrous on keel; lemma 3-nerved, finely white-pilose on keel and marginal nerve, glabrous between them, but with tuft of cobweb hairs at base; anthers 1.4-1.9 mm long. |
