Description | Stem from a fleshy, oblong or globose corm, with 1 basal, soon-wilting leaf, and 2-3 brown sheaths; flower solitary, large, with mostly pink, acute, perianth leaves and broad, pale, purple-spotted lip. Several color forms occur. |
Ecology | Shady, moist woods. Described from Lapland, Russia, Siberia. |
