DescriptionPlant with thin, filiform rootstock and filiform runners; basal leaves several, bbovate or spatulate, petiolated; stem leaves 2, opposite, sessile, broadly ovate, somewhat acute; inflorescence few-flowered, lacking bracts; sepals broadly ovate; vetals obovate, retuse, white or rose-colored.
EcologyRocky slopes, snow beds, in the mountains to at least 2,000 meters.
