Description | Stems from thin, filiform, horizontal rhizome, from which leaves emerge each some distance from the next; stem pubescent below; leaves 3-lobed, rounded-reni- form in outline, the lobes shallowly divided and acutely toothed; involucre of 2 or 3 sessile, sharply toothed leaves; flowers single; sepals bright yellow; fruiting head globose; achenes with very long beak, recurved at tip. |
