DescriptionGlabrous; rhizome slender; stem capillary, leafless or with single leaf; basal leaves dark green, glossy, bluish-green below, 2—4 times ternate, with flabellate leaflets; inflorescence without leafy bracts, often nodding; flowers reddish-brown; filaments violet; anthers brown.
EcologyAlpine meadows, stony slopes in the mountains, to at least 2,000 meters. De- scribed from “in alpibus Lapponiae, Arvoniae.”
