DescriptionLoosely caespitose; leaves oblanceolate, small, densely packed, cinereous, with short, stellate hairs; flowering stems leafless, pubescent with stellate hairs; sepals pubescent; petals yellow; silicles glabrous, elliptic, more or less acute, with style about 1 mm long.
EcologyPolygon soil on tundra and in the mountains; dry rocks.
