Description | Densely caespitose; branches covered with imbricate, marcescent leaves; leaves linear-oblong, about 1 mm broad, carinate, ciliate in margin, densely pubescent on both sides with simple, forked and branched hairs; stem and pedicels densely covered with similar hairs; petals yellow; silicles ovate, with style 0.5-1 mm long, glabrous or pubescent. | ||
Ecology | Dry tundra. Described from Chukchi Peninsula. A doubtful species reported from arctic America. |
