DescriptionRootstock stout; basal leaves sparsely hirsute, cordate to reniform, shallowly lobed, the lobes dentate, long-petiolated; stem hirsute, stem leaves reduced; in- florescence racemose; flowers short-pedicelled; calyx lobes triangular, glandular; petals 4, lanceolate, deeply laciniate-pinnatifid, with filiform segments, greenish- white, in age reddish-brown; stamens 10, with short filaments; capsule ovate, styles divergent; seeds tuberculate.
EcologyMoist rocks. Described from the northwest coast of North America.
