Description | Plant with stout rhizome and long, brown stolons; leaves thick, coriaceous; leaf- lets petiolated, broadly obovate to cuneate-obovate, crenate-dentate, dark green and shiny above, silky-pubescent beneath; petioles and peduncles with long, silky, spreading hairs; calyx lobes silky-pubescent, lanceolate; petals 5, white, obovate- orbicular; fruit pilose, palatable, makes an excellent jam. | ||
