DescriptionStems weak, decumbent or erect, from taproot; stipules ovate to lanceolate, obtuse; leaves with 10-19 linear-lanceolate to oblong-lanceolate, mostly retuse, appressed-pubescent leaflets; raceme capitate; calyx strigose with linear teeth: corolla purplish and more or less whitish; wings slender, longer than keel; pods sessile, erect, ovoid, deeply sulcate, grayish- to blackish-hirsute.
EcologyMoist meadows. Described from the Red River south toward Pembina.
