DescriptionStem much branched, more or less matted; young stems 2-edged, puberulent, up to 3 dm tall; leaves opposite, lanceolate to linear, lustrous above, pale beneath, with strongly revolute margin; inflorescence umbelliform; flowers up to 2 cm broad; calyx glabrous; corolla saucerlike, pink to crimson.
EcologyPeaty soil. Described from eastern Canada.
