| Description | Glabrous; scapes from short, thick, erect caudex; leaves thick, erect, oblong- lanceolate, obtuse, nearly entire in the margin, gradually narrowed to the long, winged petiole; calyx purple-flecked, with triangular-lanceolate lobes; corolla pur- plish-lavender, pale and with purplish spots at base; filaments united into an orange tube; anthers purplish on outside; capsule ovoid-cylindric. | ||
