Description | Stems from long, thick, horizontal to oblique caudex; rosette leaves lacking; stem leaves in several pairs, ovate to elliptic, obtuse, sessile; flowers mostly solitary, sessile, up to 35 mm long; calyx lobes growing together, forming 2 broadly ovate lobes, acute to mucronate, or with 2-3 acute lobes at apex, purplish; corolla blue, paler at base, with reniform, overlapping, mucronate lobes, greenish- to reddish- spotted on inside. | ||
