| Description | Velutinous, pubescent plant, with long, twisted, glandular hairs mixed with simple, short, glandular hairs; stem mostly branched; leaves lanceolate, coarsely toothed to lobed or pinnatifid, with entire to shallowly cleft divisions; calyx lobes linear; corolla lobes rounded, about half as long as tube, blue, lavender, or yellow- ish-white; stamens about twice as long as corolla; filaments glabrous; style cleft about a third of its length; capsule acute or acuminate. | ||
