DescriptionGlabrous; stem from creeping rhizome with white, thick scales; basal leaves thin, yellowish-green, long-petiolated, 1 to 3 times ternate, with broad, toothed, ultimate lobes; cauline leaves 3-cleft or parted; flowers yellowish-green in angular head, the apical with 4 styles and 8 anthers, the lateral with 5 styles and 10 anthers.
EcologyWoods, thickets, mostly on calcareous soil; in McKinley Park to about 1,000 meters. Described from Europe.
