DescriptionStems several, decumbent, from short caudex, sparsely villous and somewhat glandular above; leaves linear, the upper clasping, glabrous or nearly so, acute or acuminate; heads solitary to few; involucral bracts acute to attenuate-acuminate, glandular and more or less villous with flattened hairs; ligules blue to purplish; achenes pubescent.
EcologyMud flats, saline soil.
