Description | Stem woolly, mostly branched; leaves pinnatisect with pinnately lobed or toothed segments, united with narrow wing along rachis, glabrous above, white-woolly beneath; heads solitary; involucral bracts lanceolate, acute, scarious-tipped, with brown, ciliate margins; ray flowers and disk flowers golden-yellow; receptable hemi- spherical, with lanceolate, cuspidate scales; achenes glabrous. | ||
