Description | Leaves elongate-ligulate, entire or minutely dentate, the inner sinuate-dentate with purplish median nerve; involucrum small, blackish; outer involucral bracts ovate to ovate-lanceolate, the inner linear-lanceolate, somewhat obtuse; ligules pale yellow; achenes brown to olivate, uniformly spinulose and muricate, with beak about as long as body or shorter. | ||
