Description | Stem simple or rarely with 1-2 branches, from short rootstock with remains of withered leaves above; basal leaves several, oblanceolate to obovate, somewhat acute, more or less dentate, glabrous or sparsely pubescent above; stem leaves 2-3, small, oblong, lanceolate to linear, sessile; heads large, mostly single; involucral bracts linear-lanceolate, densely covered with long, dark, viscid hairs; ligules yellow, about 3 mm broad; pappus white. | ||
