Description | Stem coarser than in P. filiformis or P. pectinatus, long, mostly branching in upper art; leaves setaceous, 1-2 mm broad, with 3-5 nerves, blunt or acutish; stipules adnate to base of leaf; sheaths loose, 2-4 cm long, thicker than stem; spike with —12 whorls, fruit with short beak. | ||
