DescriptionTufted; culms about 40 cm tall; leaf blades 1-2 mm broad, scabrous on nerves; panicle contracted, often nodding; first glume linear-attenuate; second glume ob- lanceolate to narrowly obovate; lemmas glabrous except on keel, awnless or with short awn near apex.
EcologyMeadows, shores. The single locality is at Manley Hot Springs. Occurs also at Liard Hotsprings, just east of our area.
