DescriptionCulms 20-50 cm tall; leaf blades narrow; panicle with appressed branches; spikelets 4-5-flowered; lemma glabrous or with short hairs on back, sometimes ciliated at margin, shorter than its awn; anthers 0.3-0.4 mm long.
EcologyA garden weed at Dawson; also found at Manley Hot Springs.
