| Description | Culm soft, pubescent at least at top; leaves grayish-green, soft-pubescent, abruptly pointed, 3-4 mm wide; sheaths soft-pubescent; panicle short, with few, erect branches; spikelets thick, grayish-green, about 2 cm long; lower glume about 5 mm long; lemma, with rounded back and awn 7 mm long, fixed 1 mm below apex; anthers about 1 mm long. | ||
