DescriptionMatted with numerous sterile shoots; leaves entire, fleshy, oblanceolate to spatu- late or ovate, glabrous, or with very few cilia at base; flowering stems glabrous or pubescent, with capitate glands; calyx lobes glabrous, ovate-triangular, purple- mottled; petals white, nearly clawless; filaments clavate; capsule ovoid, purple- mottled.
EcologyMoist places in the mountains, rock-crevices. Described from the northwest coast of North America.
