DescriptionStem from short caudex, leafless or with 1-2 pairs of opposite leaves, glabrous, branched at top; basal leaves glabrous, rounded, broadly obovate or reniform, en- tire or irregularly crenate, short-petiolated, with unrooted long runners in axils; bracts broadly obovate, denticulate; flowers greenish; calyx lobes broadly ovate, spreading; stamens 8, shorter than sepals; capsules with 2 long lobes; seeds with longitudinal ridges.
EcologyAlong streams. Described from Kamchatka.
