DescriptionLeaves similar to subsp arcticus, but stipules narrow; flowers usually single, not overtopping the leaves; peduncles glandless; calyx tube glabrous or nearly so, lack- ing glands; sepals long, caudate; petals much longer than sepals, narrowly cuneate- obovate.
EcologyMeadows. Described from Hudson Bay.
