DescriptionStem simple, densely foliate, with broad, withered leaves at base; leaves ovate, short-petiolated, nearly entire to dentated, blunt or somewhat acute, glabrous, or upper leaves pubescent in margin and beneath on veins, often crowded above; flowers small; sepals lanceolate, acute; petals pink; pod glabrous; seeds smooth.
EcologyWet places. Described from Sitka, Unalaska, Kodiak, and Kamchatka.
