DescriptionTall and slender, branched above, with thin root; basal and lower cauline leaves bipinnately dissected with narrow rachis; flowers in terminal, globose heads; calyx with acute, linear lobes; corolla pale blue-violet; stamens as long as corolla lobes or longer; capsules subglobose.
EcologyAn occasionally introduced weed. Described from cultivated specimens raised from seeds collected near Fort Vancouver, Washington.
