DescriptionStem branched or simple from slender, creeping rhizome; leaves short-petiolated, oblong-lanceolate to ovate-lanceolate, obtuse or subacute, cordate, remotely and shallowly crenate; bracts leaflike; corolla blue-violet, much longer than calyx, with tube curved at base.
EcologyWet meadows. S. galericulata described from Europe; no type locality given for var. pubescens.
Circumpolar map gives range of S. galericulata in a broad sense.
