DescriptionStem low, from thin rootstock; leaves basal, triangular, coarsely dentate, glabrous on both sides; heads always single, 10-12 mm in diameter; involucral bracts lanceo- late, acute, densely pubescent at base; marginal flowers with yellow ligules.
EcologyStony slopes, stony tundra. Described from arctic Siberia.
