DescriptionStems several, simple, from stout rootstock, glabrous to puberulent; leaves cau- line, many, triangular-ovate to triangular-hastate, truncate-cordate at base, sharply toothed, gradually reduced upward; heads several, in flat-topped inflorescence; involucral bracts lanceolate, glandular at tip; ligules few, 7-10 mm long, yellow; achenes glabrous.
EcologyWet meadows, stream banks. Described from the Rocky Mountains.
